Patti opened the Claridge Design Centre 27 years ago.  As the store manager, she oversees its staff and the daily operations.  From design with the homebuyer to the ordering details and contact with each of our manufacturers, she ensures each step of the process is in order from start to finish.

Patti lives in Chili with her husband, Bernie, and their three children, Frank, Annamaria and Patsy.  When she's away from Claridge, Patti enjoys spending time with her family and entertaining, as well as going out to dinner with friends, crocheting, trips to the casino and relaxing in her backyard resort during the summer.

Bob is the General Manager for the Claridge Design Centre and is responsible for ordering all cabinets, countertops and flooring for installation in all of Faber Homes new home builds. Bob has been with Faber for 19 years and is also responsible for all of their IT-related support.

Bob lives in Webster with wife, Mary Kay.  He enjoys woodworking, hiking and reading in his spare time.

Sang is the Kitchen Designer for the Claridge Design Centre and has been with the company for six years.  Sang designs kitchens on the computer for Faber Homes customers and assists them in selecting finished products, such as kitchen cabinets, countertops, vanity tops and some kitchen sink/faucet products for their new homes.  In addition, Sang works closely with the Claridge flooring specialist to coordinate all the colors & finishes during a selection process.

Sang currently lives in Rochester with his family. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, going skiing and snow tubing. Sang also loves to cook, bake and work on projects around his home.

John is the Flooring Specialist at the Claridge Design Centre and has been with them for the past five years.  He is in charge of helping customers select flooring products for their new homes and following all jobs through to a successful installation.

John is very involved in the lives of his children and grandchildren.  He enjoys following local and national sports, in addition to exploring the natural wonders of the Finger Lakes and Adirondack areas and listening to as much fine jazz as time allows.

James is the Warehouse Manager at the Claridge Design Centre and has been a part of the Faber family for the last nine years.  He takes care of all shipping and receiving of inventory, as well as the six- and 12-month service inspections for our new homeowners.

James lives on the eastside of Rochester with his wife Arnetta.  He has four children: two daughters, Ashlee, 21, and Ammanda, 19, one son, Carmello, 2, and a stepdaughter, Keyondra, 13 and is a fan of all sports.
